EXCHANGE POLICY:
Exchange of the same item is available; customer must contact us within 7 days after delivery. Please contact our sales team at Sales@FattyCakes.shop before making a return.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange
EXCHANGES MUST MET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags.
2. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
3. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error will not be accepted for an exchange.
***Any item that is received more than 7days after delivery will not be accepted for exchange***.
4. Merchandise must be in its original packaging, have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
***Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged***
***Non-exchangeable merchandise include sale products***
5. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, or the smell of fragrances and/ or smoke.
Fatty Cakes diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. All returned items will be inspected thoroughly. Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. In the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive an exchange.
To complete your exchange. Please include your original packing slip/ proof of purchase so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate that you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color. If an exchange is not indicated or the size, you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
